Nuveen is hiring a Lead Analyst, Operations Associate for its Global Investment Operations team. The role supports strategic initiatives and transformation projects across global equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and OTC derivatives operations; it involves business analysis, testing, automation and AI workflow enhancements, process improvement, operational risk identification, operational due diligence, and support for new markets and investment instruments. The position requires at least three years of investment or trading operations experience, including two years supporting FX and/or OTC derivatives, and offers a base salary of $83,700 to $117,000 per year.
