Description
The Lead Analyst, Reporting owns end-to-end financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reporting, board and owner packets, regulatory and industry reports, medical expense datasets, insurance claim reporting, debt covenant calculations, and third-party compliance schedules. The role performs data validation, variance investigation, exception reporting, data governance checks, reconciliations, and continuous improvement, working independently with minimal supervision. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience, 4–6 years of progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
