Description
The Lead Analyst, Reporting owns end-to-end financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reporting, board and owner packets, regulatory and industry reports, medical expense datasets, insurance claim reporting, debt covenant calculations, and third-party compliance schedules. The role performs data validation, variance investigation, exception reporting, data governance checks, reconciliations, and continuous improvement of reporting processes, while coordinating with BI, IT, and source process owners. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience, 4–6 years of progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience, strong GAAP and Excel skills, and the ability to independently resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
