Description
Convatec is hiring a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations to provide analytical support to sales and commercial teams, develop opportunity reporting and advanced analytics, track strategic initiatives, benchmark markets, analyze customer and regional performance, and support territory optimization and direct-to-consumer reporting. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of combined business, sales, financial analytics, and forecasting experience or 2+ years with an MBA, data visualization experience with Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel, Access, Power BI, and SQL skills. The position is hybrid with less than 10% travel.
