FINRA is hiring a Lead Analyst to manage business and data analysis activities for complex market data intake and processing projects. The role serves as a data subject matter expert, uses SQL and GenAI to analyze data and validate integrity, designs data and process models, supports product development and enhancements, manages product direction and change management, and mentors less-senior analysts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least eight years of experience, or an equivalent combination, with substantial experience in business analytics, process mapping, requirements gathering, and analytics solutions. It is a hybrid role with defined in-person presence requirements and locations in Colorado, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, New York, and New Jersey.
