Citi is hiring a full-time Lead Analyst for its Operational Risk Management function in Hungary. The role oversees operational resilience and third-party risk frameworks, monitors risks and key risk indicators, leads oversight reviews and root-cause analysis, supports business continuity and crisis management, and reports risk status to senior management. Candidates need at least six years of risk-management or related experience, knowledge of third-party and operational resilience frameworks and cloud technology, familiarity with relevant regulators, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred. The position offers a hybrid model with up to two days at home per week and a salary range of 14,768,850–24,762,350 Hungarian Forints.
