Karya is hiring a Lead Analytics professional to own the end-to-end analytics and measurement function for its MERL team. The role develops analytics strategy and roadmaps, builds automated SQL and Metabase monitoring pipelines, creates reusable data models, translates research questions into measurable indicators, improves data architecture and quality, leads cross-functional analytics, and mentors analysts. It requires 3–6 years of analytics, data, or applied research experience, strong SQL skills, experience with messy real-world datasets, and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
