Theta is hiring an experienced Lead Analytics Engineer for its Data and Insights Practice in Wellington, New Zealand. The role focuses on customer-facing analytics delivery using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform, including semantic modeling, Power BI reporting, SQL and Python/PySpark transformations, medallion architecture, dimensional modeling, governed metrics, stakeholder communication, mentoring, and technical leadership. The position requires at least four years of Power BI experience and four years in consulting, offers a hybrid work model with at least two office days, and includes fully subsidized employee medical insurance, professional development, and other benefits.
