Theta is hiring an experienced Lead Analytics Engineer for its Data and Insights Practice in Wellington, New Zealand. The role leads customer discovery and delivery of governed analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform, including data pipelines, Lakehouses/warehouses, OneLake, semantic models, SQL, Python/PySpark, dimensional modelling, Power BI, and DAX. It also includes stakeholder communication, documentation, delivery standards, mentoring, and technical leadership. The position requires at least 4 years of Power BI experience and 4 years in consulting, offers a hybrid working model with at least two office days, and includes fully subsidised employee medical insurance. Applicants must already reside in New Zealand with relevant visas.
