Description
Enercare is hiring a full-time Lead Analytics Solutions Developer in Markham to own the design and governance of core analytical data models, enterprise metric definitions, reusable data products, semantic and ontology layers, and the data foundations supporting AI-assisted analytics. The role partners with operations, finance, commercial, and other business teams; resolves data discrepancies; establishes release, testing, documentation, lineage, and metadata practices; and mentors Analytics Solutions Developers and Senior Analytics Solutions Developers. It requires 8+ years of analytics, BI, or data warehousing experience, advanced T-SQL and Power BI skills, cloud data platform experience, and domain experience in field-service, utilities, home-services, or workforce analytics.
