Free is hiring a Lead Android Developer to work with two Android developers on internal and external projects supporting fibre network operations. The role focuses on Kotlin, Clean Architecture, code quality, performance and maintainability, technical mentoring, request prioritization, deadline tracking, cross-team communication, issue resolution, and pre-production validation. The technical environment includes Jetpack Compose, Material 3 Expressive, MVVM, Hilt, Room, Retrofit, OpenAPI, Coil, ML Kit, Gradle, and Git. Candidates should have at least four years of Android development experience or equivalent technical maturity, strong Kotlin and software-design skills, and experience in demanding operational environments.
