Free is hiring an Android Lead to work with two Android developers on internal and external projects supporting fiber-network operations. The role focuses on Kotlin code quality, code reviews, performance and maintainability improvements, developer support, training, request prioritization, technical validation, and production deployment. The technical environment includes Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, MVVM, Hilt, Room, Retrofit, OpenAPI, and Gradle. Candidates should have at least four years of Android development experience or equivalent technical maturity, strong Kotlin and software-design skills, and the ability to work in high-stakes operational environments.
