Description
The Lead Animal Trainer supports the Animal Department Supervisor by leading the Training team, providing technical support for animal-behavior training across Sight & Sound productions, and instructing team members in safe and effective animal-handling techniques. The role also promotes safety and teamwork, collaborates with Show Operations Leadership, conducts regular one-on-one team meetings, and requires active physical work including frequent standing, outdoor work, and handling large animals. A bachelor's degree or three years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
