Description
The Lead Anti-Fraud Officer independently leads governance, risk, and compliance activities across information security, regulatory compliance, risk management, and third-party risk domains. The role develops policies and frameworks, leads risk assessments and control testing, manages compliance monitoring and audit cycles, supports regulatory self-assessments, mentors junior and mid-level team members, and contributes to GRC strategy and reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of progressive experience, and in-depth knowledge of the CFFR framework; a master's degree and fintech or banking experience are advantageous.
