Humana is hiring a Lead Application Architect to design and govern enterprise application architecture for the Specialty Integration Hub. The role leads scalable, secure, and resilient solutions; establishes integration standards; partners with engineering, product, and business stakeholders; drives API, data, cloud, and SaaS integration strategies; and mentors technical teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, at least eight years of senior developer experience on large IT projects, and extensive Azure, data engineering, API, and integration expertise. The position is remote with occasional travel, requires 40 weekly hours, and offers a base salary of $129,300 to $177,800 per year plus a bonus incentive plan and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
