Description
The Lead Application Developer will implement business and technical requirements as software solutions in Microsoft Azure WebApps, develop applications following AM Bremen IT standards, and lead an application team in an agile process. The role supports requirements, planning, architecture, security, quality, release, documentation, user requests, and incident resolution. It requires a relevant degree or equivalent IT vocational training, several years of software development experience, knowledge of GitHub Copilot, agent orchestration, LLMs, RAG, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, Entra ID, Power Platform, and M365, along with technical leadership and strong German and English skills.
