Description
The Lead Application Developer will implement business and technical requirements as software solutions in Microsoft Azure WebApps, develop applications following AM Bremen IT standards, and lead an application team in an agile process. The role covers software quality, performance, availability, security, technical leadership, requirements support, documentation, incident resolution, and coordination with architects, security, quality, release, infrastructure, and service teams. Required qualifications include a relevant university or vocational qualification, several years of software development experience, GitHub Copilot knowledge, agent orchestration and LLM-related concepts, Azure services, CI/CD, Entra ID, Power Platform, M365, ITIL, agile development, technical leadership, and strong German and English skills.
