Description
Watlow is hiring an experienced Bid Manager to lead proposals for engineered process-heating systems sold to large industrial customers, EPC contractors, and end users in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, and energy-transition markets. The role owns each bid from RFQ or ITB receipt through award, coordinating engineering, sales, applications, operations, supply chain, finance, legal, quality, and other stakeholders; developing win strategies, compliance matrices, pricing, commercial terms, technical and commercial proposals, and customer-facing clarifications and negotiations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least seven years of relevant industrial sales, applications, estimating, or proposal experience, and experience bidding to EPC contractors and major oil and gas or process operators. Travel may be up to 15–25% for customer meetings, bid clarifications, and site or facility visits.
