LECO is hiring a Lead Application Scientist - Metallography in St. Joseph, Michigan, to support sales and prospective customers, coordinate instrument demonstrations, develop and validate metallographic methods, oversee sample submissions and equipment, mentor and lead Application Scientists, and deliver training and technical presentations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, materials science, or a related scientific field and 3–5 years of metallography experience, with LECO-system proficiency preferred.
