Description
UPS is hiring a Lead Applications Developer to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate business software while managing the software development lifecycle. The role includes integrating emerging technologies and AI-assisted development practices, analyzing requirements, testing and integrating application components, estimating development effort, creating milestones, and tracking progress. The position requires at least 12 years of Java, J2EE, WebLogic, and SQL experience, along with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, CI/CD, and agile development experience; C#, .Net, and ExtJS experience is a plus. The role is permanent and requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience.
