The role owns application architecture, leads end-to-end systems analysis and technology projects, enforces engineering standards, collaborates with technology and business teams, solves complex technical problems, and coaches mid-level developers and analysts. The position requires 6 to 10 years of applications development or systems analysis experience, proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Python, or cloud platforms, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. It offers a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
