Description
AECOM is hiring a Lead Architect to lead architectural design for large-scale hyperscale cloud and colocation data center projects from concept through construction administration and closeout. The role coordinates with engineering, construction, consultants, contractors, permitting authorities, and clients; develops drawings, specifications, and technical documentation; ensures compliance with codes and standards; supports business development and proposals; and mentors junior architects. The position is primarily remote, based from an AECOM office in the United States, with occasional advance-scheduled travel, and requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of relevant experience, data center project experience, and BIM and AutoCAD proficiency.
