Filevine, a Legal AI company, is seeking a Lead Architect to design and lead the development of high-scale, mission-critical production systems. This role involves scaling a mature platform, driving system modernization, bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating detailed documentation, facilitating collaborative design sessions, optimizing cloud infrastructure, mentoring engineering teams, and monitoring emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale distributed systems, advanced system modeling, deep data layer mastery, significant public cloud proficiency (especially AWS), excellent communication versatility, a hospitality-focused leadership mindset, collaborative agility, and domain expertise.
