Shell is hiring a Lead Architect in Shanghai to own and govern China’s end-to-end architecture strategy across infrastructure, applications, data, and products. The role translates business and transformation needs into compliant, scalable solutions; balances enterprise standards with China regulatory and market requirements; leads architecture assurance, standards, risk management, and technology selection; and partners with business stakeholders and global architecture communities. The position requires 15+ years of digital and IT experience, including 10+ years in business- and technology-focused IT architecture, plus 10+ years leading architects and technical design teams.
