Description
The Lead Architect – Full-Stack, Cloud, Data & AI Engineering will set technical direction for enterprise agentic AI solutions across application, cloud, data, and AI layers and lead the team rather than deliver personally. The role owns standards, reusable deployment assets, architecture, Azure cloud design, PySpark and Databricks pipelines, agent orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and client-facing architecture and security reviews. It also mentors Forward Deployed Engineers toward independent deployment and operation, with selective hands-on work to unblock the team. The position requires 10+ years of software, platform, or applied AI engineering experience, including 4+ years leading engineering teams on production systems, plus full-stack, cloud, data, AI, and mentoring experience.
