Description
The Artisan Baker maintains quality and inventory standards for fresh baked artisan bread, mixes, shapes, scores, and bakes bread, receives and stores products, monitors production and inventory, and provides customer service. The role also writes production sheets, mentors and trains other Artisan Bakers, provides performance feedback, assists with product ordering, and communicates with store leadership. The position runs from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM and pays $18.35–$21.85 per hour; a high school diploma or GED and one year of baking experience are preferred, while a Food Handler’s Permit and the listed baking, communication, organization, and physical requirements are desired or required.
