Eaton’s Electrical Power Systems Division is hiring a Lead Assembler for the 3rd shift, working 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The role assembles and welds leads and accessories for single- and three-phase transformers, including MIG welding laminated leads to bus bars, brazing or crimping secondary leads, fitting wood braces, cutting and insulating leads, and reading blueprints and schematics. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship, and must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, Wisconsin facility; previous electrical or welding experience is preferred. The position pays $24.45–$26.00 per hour plus a $2.50 shift premium, with overtime potentially mandatory, and offers a limited-time $2,000 sign-on bonus.
