Baxter is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for a second-shift manufacturing role responsible for coordinating HNE employees, assigning labor and operators, monitoring production, maintaining GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory compliance, and leading continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma, prior experience with mechanical and electrical equipment and troubleshooting, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to pass visual acuity and particulate-matter certification tests. Compensation is $30.50 per hour, and the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
