Description
SIG SAUER is hiring a Lead Assembler II Optics for the first shift from 05:00 to 15:30, Monday through Thursday. The role performs the duties of an Assembler II while leading the team through daily stand-ups, shift transitions, workflow management, training coordination, quality and production monitoring, 5S audits, and escalation of performance, technical, equipment, and safety issues. The position requires at least Assembler II qualification, fine motor skills, tool use, and the ability to work primarily standing in a manufacturing environment.
