Outsmart is hiring an Assessment Development Manager to own the full lifecycle of operational, high-stakes assessments, including item authoring, field testing, standard setting, scoring, reporting, vendor management, and stakeholder communication. The role requires a master's degree in educational measurement or a related field, at least three years of end-to-end assessment-cycle management, experience with standard-setting studies and external vendors, and knowledge of psychometric standards and cognitive complexity frameworks.
