Description
Amazon is hiring a Lead Associate for its retail warehouse delivery operation in the Los Angeles metro area. The role supports and leads a team, manages operational processes, safety, quality, customer delivery promises, training, inventory, receiving, stocking, replenishing, and delivery preparation, and performs front-line duties as needed. The position requires open availability seven days a week, flexible work across sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site, on-site availability for the entire shift, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Starting pay is 25.25–26.75 USD per hour, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
