Amazon is hiring a Lead Associate for its retail warehouse operations in Redondo Beach, California. The role supports and leads a team, manages operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises, trains associates, handles product deliveries and inventory, and performs front-line receiving, stocking, replenishing, and delivery preparation. The position requires open availability seven days a week, flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays, and on-site work for the entire shift. Candidates need at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school education or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
