Amazon is hiring a Lead Associate for its retail warehouse delivery operation in the San Francisco metro area. The role supports and leads a team, manages operational processes, safety, quality, customer delivery promises, training, inventory, receiving, stocking, replenishing, and delivery preparation, and performs front-line duties as needed. The position requires open availability seven days a week, flexible work across sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site, on-site availability for the entire shift, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Starting pay is 25.50–27.50 USD per hour in San Jose, California, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
