Amazon is hiring a Lead Associate for its retail warehouse delivery operation in Columbus, Ohio. The role supports and leads a team, manages operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises, trains associates, handles product deliveries and inventory, and performs front-line duties. It requires open availability seven days a week, flexible work across nearby sites, on-site availability for the entire shift, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
