Amazon is hiring a Lead Associate for its Milwaukee-area retail warehouse delivery operation. The role supports and leads a team, manages operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises, trains associates, handles product deliveries and inventory, and performs front-line duties. It requires open availability seven days per week, flexible work across sites within 15 miles of the primary Operations site, and on-site work for the entire shift.
