Amazon is hiring a Lead Associate for its fastest delivery operation in the Portland metro area. The role supports and leads a retail warehouse team, manages operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises, trains associates, handles product deliveries and inventory, and performs front-line duties. The position requires open availability seven days a week, flexible work across sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site, and on-site work for the entire shift. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, able to lift up to 49 pounds, and available for weekends, nights, and holidays. The starting pay is 25.50 USD per hour, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
