Description
Amazon is hiring a Lead Associate for its retail warehouse delivery operation in the Los Angeles metro area. The role supports and leads a team, manages operational processes, safety, quality, customer delivery promises, training, onboarding, inventory, receiving, stocking, replenishing, and delivery preparation, and performs front-line duties as needed. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, able to lift up to 49 pounds and work shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and available for flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays. The position requires open availability seven days a week and may involve work at various sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site.
