Description
Davies is hiring a full-time Machine Learning Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives. The role covers the full lifecycle of machine learning and generative AI solutions, including architecture, MLOps, model governance, deployment, monitoring, and retraining; technical mentorship of data scientists, ML engineers, analytics teams, and developers; and collaboration with business and executive stakeholders on AI roadmaps and outcomes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or software engineering, and at least three years of leadership experience managing technical teams or leading complex AI initiatives.
