The Lead Associate - AI / .NET is a senior technical authority responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cloud‑native software solutions for Davies’ UK&I technology estate. The role leads engineering direction, develops microservices and event‑driven components, implements automated testing and CI/CD, supports SRE practices, and mentors developers across the Microsoft‑centric stack. It requires 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong expertise in C# or .NET, modern front‑end technologies, cloud platforms, microservices, SQL Server, and DevOps practices.
