Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Team Leader / Lead Associate to support the safe, efficient, and consistent operation of an assigned production area in the Rocky Mount Model Line. The role directs team members, coordinates people, materials, and equipment, monitors safety, quality, delivery, and productivity, supports training and continuous improvement, and participates in workplace organization, material flow, autonomous maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities. The position pays $26–$35 per hour based on skills and experience and requires prior manufacturing, warehouse, production, or related experience, along with the ability to work physically demanding conditions for extended periods.
