Avery Dennison is recruiting for the LEAD Associate, Operations program, an accelerated two-year growth program for recent graduates or candidates with less than two years of professional experience. The program begins with rotations through Engineering, Production, and Process, followed by cross-functional rotations in areas such as Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales, with dedicated managers and mentors supporting development. Successful completion may lead to a permanent managerial position. Applicants must enroll in July and demonstrate an engineering degree, strong academic grades, bilingual communication, basic digital-data-analysis skills, and basic AI-tool proficiency.
