Description
Wesco is hiring immediately for a Team Lead warehouse worker at its distribution facility. The role assists the supervisor with directing other associates and job assignments, and performs receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, supervisory duties, workflow monitoring, safety walks, shipment quality reviews, and shipping-cost updates. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, three years of warehouse operations experience, one to two years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar, and forklift experience; basic problem-solving, lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing, and basic computer skills are also required or preferred.
