Description
Avery Dennison is recruiting for the LEAD Associate, R&D program, an accelerated two-year growth program that begins in research and development and rotates through Product Management, Operations, and other departments. Participants work on live projects, develop technical, functional, and leadership skills, and receive mentorship and coaching. The program may lead to a permanent managerial position for exceptional performance. Candidates must be fresh or recent graduates with less than two years of experience, have a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong grades, bilingual proficiency, and be able to enroll in July.
