Description
The Lead assists the Concept Manager and Assistant Manager in executing sales and operational goals, supervises shift employees, coaches the team, maintains guest-service standards, and steps in when the Concept Manager or Assistant Manager is absent. The role requires one to two years of related employment, a high school diploma, restaurant knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position pays $24 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits to eligible full-time employees, along with paid time off, retirement matching, and overtime and overnight differentials.
