Description
The Distribution Center Lead supports the supervisor by directing work assignments, training associates, troubleshooting equipment and workflow issues, monitoring inventory and WMS discrepancies, managing shipping and receiving logs, adapting to rush orders and volume changes, and communicating productivity and quality goals. The role requires leadership under ambiguity, strong communication, English proficiency, basic math, and at least two years of Distribution Center experience; forklift certification, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with Google Suite, AS400, and JDA are preferred.
