Description
The Distribution Center Lead supports and may temporarily lead floor supervisors, directs daily and weekly work assignments, oversees associate activities and productivity, trains and develops associates, troubleshoots equipment and workflow issues, maintains safety and security standards, and performs distribution-center tasks. The role requires at least two years of distribution-center experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, English proficiency, basic math skills, and strong time-management and multitasking abilities; Google Suite, AS400, and JDA knowledge are preferred.
