Description
The Distribution Center Lead supports and may temporarily lead floor supervisors, directs daily and weekly work assignments, oversees associate activities and productivity, troubleshoots equipment and workflow issues, trains and develops associates, and maintains a safe, collaborative distribution center environment. The role requires at least two years of distribution center experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, English proficiency, basic math skills, and strong time-management and multitasking abilities; Google Suite, AS400, and JDA knowledge are preferred.
