Description
GXO is hiring a Lead to manage and coordinate the operations team responsible for receiving, shipping, and product-location activities in a distribution center. The role leads daily operational execution, resolves process deviations, tracks supplies, reports performance metrics, supports client service, maintains safety and equipment reporting, and ensures physical movements are recorded in the system. Candidates should have at least two years of experience leading operations in distribution centers, WMS experience, continuous-improvement and analytical experience, and availability for rotating shifts; a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field and intermediate English are preferred.
