Description
The Shift Lead supports daily Jamba store operations by leading and coaching crew members, delivering guest service, preparing smoothies and other menu items, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and supporting training and onboarding. The role may require Crew Member work as needed and offers full-time or part-time status, with pay of $21.65 to $23.65 per hour and potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
