The Shift Lead supports daily store operations at a Jamba smoothie and juice location in Covington, Washington. The role leads and coaches crew members, delivers guest service, prepares menu items, enforces food safety and sanitation standards, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates work during peak periods, and supports new-employee training.
